Workshops

I run Workshops every few months.  These are designed for those people who want to go deeper in their experience and understanding of themselves.  Subjects have included "The Blueprint - where are you on your own map?", "Visionquest", "Life in the Present Moment", "Going Deeper" and "Relationships the Games We Play".

Meditation is one of the tools used during the day.
